It was not an easy job, as we were moving from Richmond Hill and were not sure what to look for or what to expect.
However, everything turned out OK because you provided tremendous support by firstly unearthing (as in digging out, sometimes from dirt) the best opportunities as soon as they appeared on the market – sometimes even before. Secondly, you patiently showed us countless houses at any time of day or night and sometimes at very short notice, even when you had other appointments, with tremendous patience and without forcefully pushing us into any decision. These two things were extremely valuable to us in our house purchase process as they allowed us to quickly jump at the best opportunities.
